About
Once home to a milk bar, then a newsagency, and later a string of local cafes, this 1930s building sits in the shadow of the historic Amalgamated Textile Mill — a piece of East Albury’s industrial past dating back to 1925. Today, we carry that history of East Albury forward, blending the familiar with the fresh, and bringing new energy to an old corner. Think of Schubach St. Deli as your Granddad’s deli — if he spun 90s hip hop and poured oat lattes.
